Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data Landed Digital (“we”, “us”) collects through landeddigital.io and what we do with it. We’re based in London, United Kingdom. Questions go to jack@landeddigital.io.

What we collect

If you request pilot access, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, work email, the kind of team you’re in, and anything you tell us about your plans. We use it only to reply to you and discuss a pilot.

We don’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

Services that see your visit

• Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, including your IP address, to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

Wallets

This website never asks for a wallet, a private key or a seed phrase. In the Landed product, a wallet is only counted after its owner signs a message and agrees to be counted. A signature can’t move funds. Wallet addresses and results are never sent to analytics tools, our CRM or AI providers.

Why we can use it

We rely on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us about Landed. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep pilot requests for as long as we’re talking with you, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact unless we start working together.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing jack@landeddigital.io. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If this notice changes, we’ll update the date at the top.
